Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team in Portsmouth, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with families.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Timely documentation of care provided
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of VA
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience
