Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate daily operational functions and workflow to ensure the performance of high-quality exams and the delivery of safe patient care and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of radiologic principles and utilize the most appropriate technique and positioning for optimal procedures.
  • Develop and implement procedure plans utilizing established hospital protocols and guidelines.
  • Complete documentation as required to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
  • Participate in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure that patient care is consistent with established standards.
Requirements
  • Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Registry in Radiography.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire date.
  • One year experience in an acute care setting or comparable specialty area as required to meet all Lead competencies at the end of orientation period.
  • ARRT(R); BLS certification within 14 days of hire; New graduate who will obtain required registry within 60 days of hire; State license as required.
