Job Title: House Supervisor RN

At Acadia Healthcare Inc., we are seeking a skilled and compassionate House Supervisor RN to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide and coordinate patient care through the collaborative efforts of team members and in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice.
  • Function as the lead nurse on assigned shifts, ensuring adequate staffing and providing professional and administrative leadership to staff.
  • Supervise and direct staff assignments, tasks, and projects, and oversee staffing performance.
  • Coordinate nursing, medical, and behavioral health care activities with all staff to ensure smooth and complete coordination of efforts during shared shifts.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Document medical, behavioral health information, and nursing care, and administer medications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and update patient care plans, defining actions unique to each patient's needs.
  • Provide structure and maintain a therapeutic environment in collaboration with patients and other care providers.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a BSN.
  • Three or more years of experience in nursing practice, with two or more years in behavioral health preferred.
  • Current Colorado RN license or compact license, and current CPR certification.
