Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $33.74-$56.24 per hour, based on education and experience. This ensures fair compensation for all employees in accordance with State Pay Transparency Rules.
Job Description
This RN position involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a background in endoscopy or gastroenterology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate complex information to patients and families will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must have:
1. A valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure.
2. BLS certification.
3. At least one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in endoscopy or gastroenterology, within the last 12 months.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
