Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform intricate land surveys utilizing advanced instruments such as Trimble, GPS, and robotic total stations.
  • Create and uphold sketches, maps, reports, and legal documentation pertaining to surveys.
  • Employ software tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center for drafting and design purposes.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and ensure completion within allocated budgets.
  • Remain informed about the latest trends and methodologies in land surveying.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, particularly in commercial contexts.
  • A valid Land Surveyor's license is required.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and similar software.
  • Familiarity with ALTA Surveys and principles of civil engineering.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.
  • A proven history of managing projects and achieving deliverables.
