Hotel Houseperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites Wyndham Auburn. As a Houseperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

• Room Preparation and Maintenance: Ensure that guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities.
• Public Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and meeting rooms.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and needs.
• Supply Management: Restock linen and other supplies as needed, and transport clean linen to housekeeping storage facilities.
• Waste Management: Collect garbage and soiled linen from allocated floors, and dispose of them properly.

• Experience: 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is highly desirable.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
