Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our clinical team in a testing and assessment role. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, and to contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments, including cognitive and neuropsychological tests, to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including testing and assessment protocols, to address the needs of clients.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to clients and their families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct testing intakes, plan batteries for assessments, and write reports to document client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to testing and assessment.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Missouri.
- Experience with testing and assessment, including cognitive and neuropsychological tests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
