Job Description

Elsie's Daughter at The Hotel Chalet is seeking a skilled bartender to join our team. As a hospitality-driven professional, you will be responsible for crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and guest preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all glassware and bar tools are polished and ready for service.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and creating memorable experiences.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with restocking bar supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as state and local alcohol regulations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
