The Project Manager will oversee projects from their initial stages through to completion. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role entails managing the profitability and timelines of individual projects while fostering professional relationships with leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates should possess experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, particularly in machine building or OEM automation. A flexible approach and a readiness to engage in various tasks across the organization are essential.

Position Details: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals, assist in presentations, and engage in contract negotiations.
  • Oversee project management from concept to completion, including planning, estimating, engineering, procurement, design review, construction management, commissioning, and final approval.
  • Develop and track project schedules, manage scope, and control costs effectively.
  • Assist with internal project financials, staffing, risk management, change management, and human resource matters.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients for coordination, strategic planning, budget management, subcontracting, project staffing, and schedule adherence.
  • Manage all facets of project communication.
  • Establish and implement project policies and procedures, create project control systems, and execute the project execution plan.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure deliverables meet client satisfaction and adhere to internal quality assurance guidelines.
  • Regularly report on progress, costs, schedules, procurement issues, safety concerns, design inquiries, potential impacts, and any issues needing support.
  • Effectively manage a variety of industry, government, and military contracts related to project matters.
