Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Pasta Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Pasta Cook, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and sanitation, preparing pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items to perfection, and supporting our line checks process.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook pasta dishes, sandwiches, and grilled items to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our strict sanitation and safety protocols.
- Support our line checks process, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection and presented to our guests in a timely manner.
- Assist with prep work, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
- Collaborate with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- 3-6 months of related experience or training in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on pasta preparation and presentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
