Speech Therapist Job Role

At Soliant, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help individuals of all ages overcome their communication barriers. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to craft personalized treatment plans that address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Assessment and Treatment - Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to foster progress and improvement.
  • Therapy Sessions - Deliver high-quality therapy sessions utilizing a variety of techniques and tools to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless client support and success.
  • Qualifications - A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
