Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair lift trucks and other designated products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, a positive demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
- Prioritize safety: Adhere to and advocate for safety protocols.
- Familiarity with engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems, and/or charging systems is advantageous.
- Possession of personal tools is required; assistance with tool purchases is available.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and preparedness.
