The TechData Service Company LLC is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Operations Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development environment operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience and 2 years of management experience.

This role will provide holistic support into the operational needs of the CMC organization, simplifying workflows and enabling scientists to achieve their deliverables. As a key member of the team, you will facilitate cross-functional interactions within the site and provide support between champion teams as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example to promote an inclusive work environment
  • Supporting information sharing between support functions and champions teams
  • Facilitating coordination of disruptive activities to ensure science continuation
  • Managing office and lab consumables, including issuing PO's and tracking approvals

The salary for this position is estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will be working in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Legal requirements for operations. A solid understanding of biotechnology processes, concepts, and techniques is also preferred.
