About Our Practice

We are a modern, hi-tech dental practice located in Altoona, Wisconsin, just next to Eau Claire. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a comfortable, spa-like experience for our patients.

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team, who is confident and comfortable in their own skin, and has an innate ability to build relationships with our patients. The ideal candidate will be a diligent professional, skilled and confident clinically, and comfortable using the latest technology.

As an Associate Dentist with our practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with an experienced team, and will be supported in your professional development through our CE plan and allowance. You will also have the opportunity to learn from the best of the best and implement new techniques and technologies.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a three-month guaranteed base rate, 30-34% of collections, and a path to ownership within two years. We also provide a range of benefits, including chiropractic care, dental benefits, and a guaranteed mentorship program.

Altoona, Wisconsin, is a charming small-town atmosphere with a strong sense of community, making it an ideal environment for families or individuals seeking a close-knit community experience. The city also boasts beautiful natural surroundings, including parks, trails, and nearby lakes, providing ample opportunities for outdoor recreation.

We are committed to helping fearful patients have a tremendous dental experience, and our practice is equipped with the latest technology, including CBCT, CEREC Prime Mill, and 3D Printer. We average around 20 new patients per month and have an active patient base of 1,400.
