Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate infant caregiver to join our team at Wyndy, Inc. as a Proficient Infant Nanny. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with infants and providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes healthy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Provide top-notch care and attention to infants, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • • Develop and implement engaging activities and routines that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • • Collaborate with parents to understand their childcare preferences and values, and work together to create a personalized care plan.
  • • Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates and observations on their child's progress.
  • • Possess basic knowledge of infant nutrition, hygiene, and sleep schedules, and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
