Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute facilities, and have a flexible schedule that allows you to choose when and where you work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
  • Review residents' charts and medical records
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
  • Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
