Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Satisfaction: Foster a positive dining experience by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Build a strong, cohesive team by effectively communicating policies, standards, and company values.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the restaurant.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular line checks to ensure all food and beverage items meet Lure Fish House's high standards.
  • Financial Management: Understand and contribute to the restaurant's financial success.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Aloha POS system.

  • Competitive salary (starting at $26 per hour) + Profit sharing program (20-40% target) Earned profit share is paid out every 4 weeks.

  • Restaurant management experience with a proven track record of success.
