Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Specialist. As an Occupational Therapist with AccentCare, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and mobility
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment plans and improve care

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
