Groundskeeper Specialist

This role provides an opportunity to learn about the science behind lush landscaping and contribute to maintaining the beauty of Cordillera Ranch. You will work closely with experts who share their knowledge and passion for ecology, crop and soil science, and nature. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:

• raking bunkers and maintaining sand traps
• mowing greens and other areas of the course
• changing hole locations and ensuring fairway conditions
• hand watering plants and trees
• blowing debris from walkways and cart paths
• filling ball washers and water coolers
• moving tee markers and ensuring accurate signage

To excel in this position, you should have:

• a valid driver's license
• the ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• punctuality and reliability
• ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary

Cordillera Ranch Club Management offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, lunch for certain shifts, full benefits after 60 days, and employee appreciation events multiple times a year.
