System Freight, Inc. is seeking a qualified CDL A Local Dry Van Driver to join our team in Batavia, NY. As a CDL A Local Dry Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods within the local area.
Compensation- Competitive annual pay: $72,000-$77,000
- Breakdown pay: $18.45/hour
- Annual pay increases
- Sign-on bonus: $20,000 (must apply by October 31st to qualify)
- Referral bonus available
- Paid via direct deposit weekly
- Union health plan (starting 1st of the month after 60 days)
- Sick days available, vary by location
- Personal days available, vary by location
- Vacation days available, vary by location
- Paid Holidays: $208.00 per holiday as long as the driver works the day before and the day after
- 401k eligible after 6 months
- Profit sharing
- Clean DOT stop awards AMEX gift cards
- Home Daily: start and end your day in Batavia, NY
- Varying shifts, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday will be required but always available
- 70% of the work is in Canada (Barre Ontario) as well as PA, NYS and OH
- 10-23 daily loads
- Mostly no touch freight limited driver assist unloads
- Modern clean fleet with late model equipment
- Automatic Transmission
- Outward facing dashcam
- Must have valid CDL A License
- 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Must be able to go to Canada. No exceptions 100% reimbursement for Enhanced CDL or Passport
- Must be at least 24 years old
- Acceptable MVR and criminal history
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and be able to show proof
- Must be located within 30 miles of Batavia, NY
