About the Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division.

This position requires building relationships with customers and understanding their needs to identify opportunities for offering full-range retail banking deposit and credit products and services. The successful candidate will be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs, working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution, and building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.

The salary range for this position is $22.36-$33.51 per hour based on location and performance.
