Job Summary

bioMerieux is seeking a skilled Instrument Manufacturing Tech to join our team. As an Instrument Manufacturing Tech, you will be responsible for performing evaluation, refurbishment, assembly, alignment, and acceptance testing of automated electro-mechanical biological test systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance test operations.
  • Conduct electro-mechanical assembly operations of a complex nature.
  • Assist in training of Technicians.
  • Perform any other job-related task as assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Technical/Vocational degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical functions, advanced laws of electricity, microprocessor, and analog systems.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly procedures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
