Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our bakery products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery department and surrounding areas.
  • Support the sales and profitability of our bakery department by effectively merchandising and promoting our products.
  • Work collaboratively with other store team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or grocery store environment.
  • Be dependable and reliable, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Be able to stand for up to 3 hours continuously, for a total of 8 hours per shift.
