Permanent Placement Resources, LLC

  • Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals including a general psychiatrist, a child psychiatrist, a psychiatric hospitalist, and a psychiatric ARNP.
  • Focus on the treatment of children and adolescents, with the potential to also work with adult patients if desired.
  • Flexible full-time schedule options available (4, 4.5, or 5-day work week).
  • Clinic-based role with shared responsibilities for clinic and hospital call.
    • Access to a 20-bed inpatient unit and a 23-bed chemical dependency unit.
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team comprising psychiatrists, advanced practice psychiatric nurses, and licensed clinicians.
  • Seeking a dedicated in-person provider willing to relocate to Iowa; telehealth providers are not being considered.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary guarantee of $293K for the first three years, plus a production incentive.
  • Attractive starting bonus of $50K.
  • Longevity bonus of $25K at the conclusion of the first and second years.
  • Relocation assistance of $15K.
