Job Description:

As an Environmental Remediation Supervisor at Clean Harbors, you will oversee the safe and efficient execution of field projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and train Field Service Technicians in emergency response, hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and hazardous material handling.
  • Execute projects within budget and on time, enforcing OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards.
  • Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects, coordinating with the Coordinator to communicate manpower, equipment, and resources required.
  • Engage in strenuous physical labor, operating light and heavy equipment, and handling various hand tools and powered industrial tools.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a physically intensive role and supervisory or leadership position.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods, be on-call for emergency response, and hold a valid Driver's license.
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements, successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, and meet facial hair standards for respirator use.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous heavy equipment experience and commercial driver license.
