About the RoleThe Meadows LLC is seeking a dedicated Property / Groundskeeper Manager to oversee the overall management of our property. This includes coordinating daily operations, maintaining facilities, and ensuring the smooth running of our wholesale flower farm.

**Compensation Package:** Estimated salary range $75,000 - $90,000 annually based on qualifications and experience in the area.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational schedules.
  • Source and procure necessary supplies and materials.
  • Conduct routine property checks and perform necessary maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise and train staff members.
  • Enhance and develop the flower farm business.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in outdoor property care or landscape installation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment operation and safety protocols.
