You will engage with both your prototyping colleagues and internal stakeholders to facilitate the quick iteration of vehicle designs. A proactive approach to prototyping, along with a willingness to learn and a focus on customer satisfaction, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently prioritize and complete tasks within set timelines.
  • Maintain professional communication regarding project progress, deadlines, quality standards, and potential risks.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in model making or fabrication.
  • Basic proficiency in CAD software such as Solidworks and the ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Strong communication skills to assess and discuss designs for fabrication.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Skills in MIG and TIG welding.
  • Experience operating CNC machinery.
  • Knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies.
  • Background in laboratory or workshop management and safety protocols.
