Key Responsibilities
  • Style and influence customers across our busy shop floors, providing detailed product knowledge and exceptional brand experience.
  • Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that product is readily available for customers and floor sets and standards are upheld at all times.
  • Process transactions and store deliveries using our in-store digital tools, demonstrating tech-savviness and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with management to support the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections to customers, and ensuring our stores are looking fabulous at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand, style, and values, supporting and influencing peers and customers alike.
Requirements
