E-commerce Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Clerk to join our team at Kroger. As an E-commerce Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their online orders in a timely and efficient manner.

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner, with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at the store for pick-up.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return again to online shopping.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).

• Any experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier.
