Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by developing and conducting individualized therapy programs for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication abilities, cognitive function, and swallowing skills.
  • Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress in medical records and complete necessary reports and forms.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology.
