Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to contribute to the success of our team at Lia Toyota Rockland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to assure a positive customer experience.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
