Key Responsibilities:

- Attend training, seminars, and factory acceptance testing, staying abreast of industry advancements.
- Provide exceptional customer, vendor, and team member response for all requests, including after-hours support, ensuring timely resolution.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead special projects to address new data center challenges, driving innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the Energy Management Systems team to develop and integrate power and controls data.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with contractors, team members, and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with good initiative and sound judgment to make independent decisions.
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment, including transformers, air handling units, cooling towers, pumping, and cooling systems.
- Strong background in HVAC Control Systems and Mechanical operation, ensuring a solid foundation.
- Good understanding of safety requirements for operating a multi-megawatt facility, prioritizing safety.
- Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems, including programming, graphic functions, control logic, and alarming capabilities.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and customer service skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate interpretation.
- Experience in common business applications (i.e., Microsoft Suite: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to efficiently manage tasks.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience installing and maintaining building management architectures for HVAC and/or Power, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
