• Prepare and display fresh baked goods, pastries, and other bakery products
• Engage with customers, respond to their needs, and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer demands

What We Offer:

• A competitive hourly rate of $17 - $23 per hour, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
