We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Red Bud, IL. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

About the Role:
  • Evaluate patient care needs and develop personalized therapy plans to address functional status, activities of daily living, and fine motor coordination.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, record patient progress, and communicate effectively with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on adaptive equipment, home modifications, and other strategies to promote independence.
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
