Job Title: Relationship Banker LP

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker LP to join our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position for employees who are not fully licensed at the time of hire. Upon successful completion of licensing requirements, employees will transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
  • Identify opportunities to offer a full range of Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products and services
  • Analyze business challenges and provide recommendations to resolve inquiries and service requests
  • Open and service accounts within authorized limits
  • Provide information to internal partners and external sources to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs
  • 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
Preferred Qualifications:
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
