We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Primary Therapy Source. As a leading pediatric therapy organization in Southern Idaho, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role:

  • Implement ABA therapy plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Clinical staff.
  • Work directly with clients to foster skills in communication, social interaction, and self-care, while managing challenging behaviors.
  • Collect data on client behavior and progress, including data sheets and electronic billing.
  • Assist in behavior assessment and intervention planning, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with children and adults effectively.
  • Pass and maintain a criminal background check.
  • CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
