Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rig Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our drilling operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our drilling rigs and equipment.

• Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of drilling rig components, identify potential issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on our drilling rigs.
• Training and Development: Provide technical training and guidance to rig crews on operator maintenance, technical level, and troubleshooting skills.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service work, and provide regular reports to management.

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience in drilling operations or a related field.
• Special Requirements: 18 years or older, valid driver's license, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of drilling rig components, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with rig crews and management.

The work environment for this role will be on our drilling rigs, which may be located in various locations. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and physical demands.
