As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $86,001 - $126,000 per year.
- A flexible work schedule, with no calls or weekends required (unless needed).
- Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Physical Therapy License in the State of Illinois.
- Be certified by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Obtain CPR certification per American Heart Association guidelines within 30 days of hire.
