Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, take their food and drink orders, serve meals promptly, and accommodate any special requests or dietary needs.

  • Assist with restocking and cleaning duties as assigned, including tasks related to opening and closing the dining area.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials to effectively respond to guest inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
  • Engage in pre-shift and departmental meetings to stay informed about all products, services, and operational activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service with a strong focus on guest satisfaction is essential.
  • Experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
