Job Summary:
The Assembly Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of diagnostic testing kits at Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kit Assembly: Assemble components of diagnostic testing kits to company specifications and customer expectations in a manner consistent with the company's quality and productivity standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect all parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects, ensuring all parts are assembled per specification.
- Quality Checks: Perform in-process quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Materials Handling: Handle materials for processing and packaging, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with all related SOPs.
- Housekeeping: Ensure production areas are clean and organized, and continually work to achieve assigned production goals.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with the Company's quality system requirements through training and adherence to policies, procedures, and processes.
