Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Northfield Hospital + Clinics. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures with compassion and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for imaging exams by reviewing provider orders and notes, confirming the correct exam to be performed, and accurately assessing patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records by completing timely entries in electronic health systems and department-specific programs.
  • Practice accurate and timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled work, anticipating tasks and seeking to assist others to maximize productivity.
  • Stay current in the field by enhancing personal professional skills and knowledge through CEUs, self-study, research, and dialogue.
Requirements
  • RDMS - ARDMS registration in Abdomen or OB/GYN or ARDMS Registry eligible and completion within 6 months of hire.
  • RVT - ARDMS registration in Vascular or RVS - ARRT registration in vascular or completion of RVT/RVS within one year of hire.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification (or obtained within six months of hire, company paid).
