Overview:
The Expo plays a crucial role in the kitchen by managing ticket organization, completing plates, and delivering food to patrons. This is a part-time hourly role, offering a competitive wage starting at $10.33 per hour, along with tips.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act in alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Prepare all items for service according to established guidelines.
  • Adhere to kitchen conduct policies, including the first in/first out method for product usage.
  • Maintain an organized and stocked pass for designated mise en place.
  • Receive and prepare tickets for the Front of House Team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all necessary items to guests.
  • Assist dining attendants as needed.
  • Support the smooth operation of items leaving the kitchen.
  • Communicate product requirements and concerns to the Chef(s).
  • Participate in regular cleaning initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency in all tasks.
  • Possess effective communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to ten (10) hours).
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of one year in food service preferred.
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques and safe handling practices.
