Job Summary

The Novartis Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled QC Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Control organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform release testing and review laboratory data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to support quality control initiatives.
  • Provide support to peers within the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and AS&T teams.
  • Ensure timely and GMP-compliant release of dosage forms.
  • Author, review, and support procedures, investigations, corrective and preventive actions, change controls, complaints, and training related to quality control testing.
  • Evaluate and approve QC records as required.
  • Monitor quality control KPIs and programs.
  • Perform QC-related validations, transfers, improvements, investigations, and change control systems.
  • Prepare and participate in health authorities' inspections and internal audits of QC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience with HPLC in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of radioisotopes is preferred.
  • General HSE knowledge.
  • GXP experience is required, with knowledge of GMP manufacturing process execution preferred.
  • Quality Control (QC) testing and quality control sampling.

What We Offer

The Novartis Group of Companies offers a competitive salary range of $97,600 to $146,400 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and paid time off benefits.
