**Job Summary**

Odin Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our multifamily apartment community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
  • Keep the maintenance area neat and clean, adhering to company standards.
  • Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies, providing prompt and effective support to residents.
  • Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts and materials as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
