- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector or a related field.
- Proven ability to interact with customers in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence in making recommendations, advising clients, and driving sales.
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and advance within the company.
- Willingness to undergo cross-training to master both sales and hands-on service skills.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
- Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs and maintain a posture of continuous bending, crouching, and turning.
