About the Role

As an Insurance Producer with Horace Mann, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and recommending the best solutions to meet their protection requirements. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including educators and families, and provide them with expert advice and guidance on insurance and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and increase revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work closely with the Regional Field Leader to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
