Your role will serve as a crucial link between business operations and IT, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and the reduction of operational disruptions.

• Develop and maintain operational reports.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks between projects and ongoing operations.
• Implement automation strategies to improve efficiency.

As a Senior Advisor, you will independently lead significant decisions with stakeholder involvement, including senior leadership.

Daily Responsibilities
• Establish and uphold standards and best practices for system integration across various projects within Customer Service and other portfolios to ensure seamless transitions to operations.
• Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to guarantee application stability, data integrity, and timely service delivery while implementing service enhancements.
• Spearhead Enterprise Technology services and business collaboration efforts across diverse areas, focusing on operational stabilization and continuous improvement within the Customer Service portfolio, while working alongside other IT portfolios as necessary.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation across multiple business functions to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Oversee the operational integration of large-scale programs and new technological solutions.
Essential Qualifications
• A minimum of ten years of experience in Information Technology design, development, and operations.
• Proven experience in leading projects or significant business initiatives, with a track record of collaborating with end-users to define business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP systems, integration processes, and data warehousing.
Preferred Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams across IT and business sectors, with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with customer service business processes and regulatory frameworks within the utilities sector.
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices, processes, and principles.
• Experience in matrix management, achieving desired outcomes through negotiation and influence.
• Awareness of the latest technologies to execute a variety of specialized and complex assignments across various service types.
• Self-driven with outstanding analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills tailored to diverse audiences, from highly technical team members to senior management.
Decision-Making
• An effective decision-maker who meets business needs while minimizing risks and adhering to company policies, including regulatory requirements.
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid work mode, requiring attendance at an SCE facility for a designated number of days, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. Employees are expected to reside in California.
