Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Spare Time Entertainment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with event planners and food teams to create customized menus and events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Train and develop culinary staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the creation of new menu items and promotions to drive sales and revenue.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of high-volume kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
