Executive Chef

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals, ensuring they align with planned menus and established portion control standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving meals according to planned menus and recipes;
• Coordinating food production to meet scheduled meal service times;
• Ensuring menu items, portion sizes, and plate presentations meet facility standards;
• Adhering to special diet orders and following standard recipes;
• Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment safely and efficiently;
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to sanitation regulations;
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of one (1) year experience in dining services, preferably in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting. Candidates must also be 18 years or older to apply.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $38,000 - $45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
