Position Overview:
Kendal at Hanover is in search of a Landscape Facilities Supervisor. This role is vital in ensuring the beauty and sustainability of our grounds and landscape.

As the Landscape Facilities Supervisor, you will benefit from consistent working hours, exceptional benefits, and the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in providing top-notch landscape and grounds services to our clientele. Your expertise in horticulture and landscape management will be crucial in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our property.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all aspects of the grounds, including roads and walkways. A solid understanding of tree care, lawn maintenance, and garden management is essential for the success of your team.

Qualifications:
A formal degree in horticulture is not mandatory; however, proven experience in managing various elements of a plant-based environment is required. This is a full-time, year-round position that includes essential winter snow removal duties. Therefore, your readiness to support the operational needs around the clock is crucial.

Key Skills Required:
Effective leadership, supervisory capabilities, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and familiarity with work order systems are essential. Previous experience in managing landscapes, gardens, hardscapes, staff scheduling, and task supervision is necessary. Demonstrated experience in a facilities management environment is also required.
